If you're planning a wedding that requires a decent amount of on-the-day management, an on-the-day coordinator can ease your stress and allow you to be fully present without having to worry about the finer details.
Perhaps you have lots of vendors, are using a DIY BYO wedding venue, maybe even hosting a fully backyard wedding, then an on-the-day wedding coordinator is a great idea.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
My role as the Wedding Day Coordinator is to:

Oversee setup of the ceremony and/or reception venues

Coordinate the bridal parties once on site and ensure they are feeling good and ready

Oversee the ceremony, liaising with the celebrant, bridal parties, and guests to ensure everything runs smoothly

Ensure styling and decorations are on point

Ensure the day flows flawlessly

Remedy any issues or problems that arise

Liaise with all vendors and venue to ensure we are sticking to timings

Be the go-to-person for vendors, guests and family, and answer any questions
Availability
Any day of the week,
Monday - Sunday
Travel
I'm based in Mount Maunganui, and can coordinate your wedding in Bay of Plenty, Waikato or further afield.
Price
Pricing starts at $1,500 incl GST, + travel if outside Tauranga area
